Eleanor | Essential Quick Facts
- Favorite food: It’s a toss up: dark chocolate/chef boyardee pizza with anchovies
- Favorite recipe: white chicken chili (I borrowed most of the ingredients from my brother-in-law “the chef”, but I added that extra something)
- Pastime: I belong to two book clubs so I always have 4 or 5 books piled on my night stand. Someone once told me “reading is the only permittable vice”. I know the used-book websites love me.
- Biggest transition: I went from home-schooling to working for a United States Senator.
- Eleanor is the middle child of six. She has been married for 30 years, has three children and one grandchild.
