I have had the honor and privilege of serving the citizens of Pennsylvania as the project manager for Pennsylvania For Marriage; a non-profit organization working with citizens across our state to advance a State Constitutional amendment on the definition of marriage.

I’m 25 years old and married to my college sweetheart. The main reason why I’m involved with Pennsylvania For Marriage is that I believe marriage is the key institution for America and for good reason. It’s good because it encourages the bringing together of both halves of humanity to care for each other and for the next generation.

How does this job affect your own marriage? I recently married my college sweetheart and I am looking forward to the challenge of loving her on a daily basis. Being involved with PA For Marriage provides a means to show action on my words of affection toward my wife. I love her enough that I am concerned about what our future children will be taught in school. That I’m concerned about our religious freedoms being in jeopardy. Taking action shows I’m concerned about the future of my own marriage if the institution of marriage is not protected.
